Meet the Snarky Apples

If two apples are better than one, four apples are better than everything! Meet the Apples, old and new: Scarlet, Sierra, Crimson, Karmijn...

You guys are probably wondering where we've been these last few weeks (and rightfully so!). Well, we've been plotting and scheming (and maybe a lil' social drinking) to prepare for the launch of our newly expanded Snarky Family. So, without further ado, meet the Apples (both old and new):

Scarlet

Well, I’m kinda the mama apple. Not because I’m all motherly and sh*t, but because I’m the one with kids. Having two rugrats running about hasn’t slowed me down. I make plenty of time for me, my friends, and my developing bubbly habit (just kidding). In all seriousness, I delegate or ignore the things I care nothing about – housekeeping, cooking, and occasionally laundry - to make sure I can balance all the things I need and want to do.

Sierra

Ah, what can I say about Sierra, my original snarky sister? She bakes, but she ain’t no Betty Crocker. She loves her meat (you decide what kind I’m talking about!). She has what it takes to be an evil genius (one of my fave things about her), but she generally reserves her plotting for bitchy booze sessions. Her weakness? A fondness for movies - you name it, she's probably seen it.

Crimson

Ooh, y’all better watch out for this one. She’s the friend that talks about all those things you really want to talk about, but feel totally shy about bringing up. It’s not that she’s a “worldly” woman, it’s just that she isn't shy about boning up on the things that interest her. On top of that, she’s a fantastic friend – the one that shows up with exactly what you need, when you need it, even if you didn’t know you needed it.

Karmijn

Imagine the coolest kid sister ever – the one you confide in during late night gabs, the one who does all the interesting stuff that you don’t, the one who loves you even when you’re cuckoo for coco puffs. Now imagine a person 10 times cooler than that. Karmijn is that girl. Seriously, she’s way cooler than I am. If I had my childless life to do over, she’d be my role model.

Pippen

Our intern - the baby of the group. So far, signs are good that she’ll grow into a fully fledged Snarky Apple. Until then, she’s gonna help out when she can - we may even let her write something every once and a while.
